Bus operations are subject to change without notice due to weather, traffic, mechanical issues, and operational decisions by bus companies.

Some schedule information may be incomplete, outdated, or unavailable. We may rely on publicly available information and may not have direct partnerships with all bus companies.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for double-checking the accuracy of any run before making travel plans. Please verify with relevant authorities such as the Ministry of Transportation, terminal authorities, and individual bus companies. Confirm critical details (time, route, pickup location, service type, and availability) with an official source.

The app may provide buttons or links that open third-party apps or services (for example, opening your device phone dialer to call a bus company). Any calls you place are handled by your device and carrier. We do not provide phone service and we are not responsible for third-party services.

• On-device searches: Route searches are performed on your device against a local database. Your origin/destination selections are not sent to our servers to perform the search.

• Server logs: Our server and hosting provider may automatically process standard log data such as IP address, device/user-agent information, timestamps, and request paths for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
• Approximate location (optional): If you grant location permission, the app uses your device location to find nearby terminals. This proximity calculation is intended to occur on-device and we do not intentionally send precise GPS coordinates to our servers as part of that feature.
• On-device storage: The app stores certain data locally on your device (such as recent searches and downloaded/offline schedule data) to improve performance and offline functionality.
• Reminders: If you set a bus reminder, the reminder details (for example, route name and time) are stored on your device and used to schedule a local notification.

If you enable location services, the app uses your device’s location APIs to determine nearby terminals. You can use the app without enabling location. You can change location permission at any time in your device settings.

The app may interact with third-party services as part of providing core features:

• Cloud hosting/provider: Hosts our API server and may process standard server logs (IP address and request metadata).
• Map tile providers: When viewing maps, map tiles may be downloaded from third-party tile servers (for example, OpenStreetMap tile providers). These providers may receive your IP address as part of standard internet communications.
• Device services: Your device operating system provides location services and notification delivery.
• Phone dialer: If you tap a “Call” button, your device opens the phone dialer using the phone number shown. Calls are handled by your carrier and phone app.

• Provide schedule information and app functionality
• Maintain and secure the app and API (for example, detecting abuse and troubleshooting errors)
• Enable offline features and improve performance on your device
